If you encounter something in the DAB app that isn’t working correctly, we want to hear about it. Reporting bugs helps us improve the app and provide a better experience for the entire DAB community.

How to Report a Bug

Follow these steps to report a bug using our feedback form:

  1. Open the DAB Feedback Form
    Click HERE to open the feedback form used for reporting bugs.

  2. Provide details about the issue
    Describe what happened, what you expected to happen, and any steps that led to the issue.

  3. Include helpful information
    If possible, include details such as:

    • The device you are using (iPhone, Android, tablet, etc.)

    • The version of the app

    • Screenshots of the issue

    • The date and time the issue occurred

    • Steps to reproduce the issue

  4. Submit the form
    Once your information is complete, submit the form. Our team will review the report and investigate the issue.
