How to Find Your Journal Entries

Your journal entries are saved automatically and can be accessed anytime. You can revisit past entries, reread meaningful moments, and make edits whenever needed.

Follow these steps to access your saved journal entries:

1. Locate the Journal section
   From the DAB home page, scroll down and locate the Journal section.

2. View your journal overview
   From here, you will see a quick overview showing how many entries you have made for the current year, as well as your total journal entries overall.

3. Open your full journal list
   Tap the View Journal Entries button to easily access all of your journal entries.

4. Review or edit your entries
   From here, you can revisit your journal entries, reread them, or edit entries as needed.

Your journal entries are always available, making it easy to reflect on your journey and revisit meaningful moments whenever you'd like.
