How to Change Your Name on Your Account

You can update your name on your account at any time. This allows you to keep your account information accurate and up to date and control how your name appears publicly within the community.

Follow these steps to update your name:

1. Open Settings
   From the home page of the DAB app, tap the settings gear icon in the upper right-hand corner.

2. Open your Profile
   Look for the option labeled Profile and tap it.

3. Update your name and display name
   Once you are in your profile, update your first and last name in the available fields.
   You can also update your display name, which is the public name or nickname that will appear when participating in community features such as the Prayer Wall. This helps protect your privacy while interacting with others.

4. Save your changes
   After updating your information, save your changes to apply the updates to your account.

Your updated name and display name will now appear on your account and anywhere you participate within the community.
