Why Haven't I Earned an Achievement?

Achievements are earned based on marking episodes as Listened. If you believe an achievement is missing, the most common reason is that one or more days have not been marked as listened.

Achievements are driven by tapping the Listened button each day after completing an episode.

The most likely cause of a missing achievement is:

• A day was completed but not marked as Listened

• One or more days were accidentally skipped

• Progress was not recorded because the episode was not marked as listened

Follow these steps to check your progress:

1. Review your episode list
   Go back through your list of episodes.

2. Check each day
   Make sure each day is marked as Listened.

3. Mark missing days
   If you find a day that is not marked, tap the Listened button to mark it.

4. Verify your achievement
   Once all days are properly marked as listened, your achievement should update.

If all days are marked as Listened, but you still believe you are missing an achievement:

• Please contact Support for further review.

• Our team will be happy to help verify your progress.

Most missing achievements are resolved simply by marking any missed days as Listened. Once everything is marked correctly, your achievements should update automatically. 🏆
