Advanced Troubleshooting For Not Receiving Your Verification Code Email
If you requested a verification code but did not receive the email, your email provider may be blocking or filtering the message before it reaches your inbox.
Verification code emails are sent from Microsoft on behalf of Daily Audio Bible, so it is important to allow emails from Microsoft’s system.

Follow the steps below to help make sure the verification email reaches your inbox.
How to Fix Missing Verification Code Emails
Follow these steps to help locate or allow your verification email:
1. Check All Email Folders
Before changing any settings, check all possible folders in your email account:
Inbox
Spam or Junk
Promotions (Gmail)
Updates (Gmail)
Clutter (Outlook / Hotmail / MSN)
Trash
Archive
All Mail (Gmail)
You can also use the search feature in your email and search for:
msonlineservicesteam@microsoftonline.com
2. Wait Before Requesting Another Code
After requesting a verification code, wait 1–2 minutes before requesting another one.
Requesting multiple codes too quickly can delay delivery.
3. Make Sure Your Mailbox Is Not Full
If your mailbox storage is full, new emails may not be delivered.
Delete old emails if needed, then request a new verification code.
4. Add the Sender to Your Safe List
Adding the sender to your safe list or contacts helps prevent future emails from being blocked.
Follow the instructions below based on your email provider.
Email Provider Instructions
Choose your email provider below to add the sender to your safe list.
Gmail (gmail.com)
Gmail may place verification emails into the Promotions or Spam folders.
To Check Promotions and Spam:
Open Gmail.
Click the Promotions tab.
Click Spam in the left menu.
Search for:
msonlineservicesteam@microsoftonline.com
To Add the Sender to Your Safe List:
Open Gmail.
Click the gear icon in the upper-right.
Click See all settings.
Click Filters and Blocked Addresses.
Click Create a new filter.
In the From field, enter:
msonlineservicesteam@microsoftonline.comClick Create filter.
Check Never send it to Spam.
Click Create filter.
You may also add the sender to your Contacts list.
Yahoo Mail (yahoo.com)
Yahoo may move verification emails into the Spam folder.
To Check Spam:
Open Yahoo Mail.
Click Spam.
Search for:
msonlineservicesteam@microsoftonline.com
To Add to Your Safe Sender List:
Click the Settings gear icon.
Click More Settings.
Click Filters.
Click Add new filter.
Name the filter:

From contains
msonlineservicesteam@microsoftonline.comChoose to deliver messages to Inbox.
Click Save.
You may also add the sender to your Contacts list.
AOL Mail (aol.com)
AOL may move verification emails into Spam or block unknown senders.
To Check Spam:
Open AOL Mail.
Click Spam.
Search for:
msonlineservicesteam@microsoftonline.com
To Add to Contacts:
Click Contacts.
Click New Contact.
Click Save.
Adding the sender to Contacts helps prevent blocking.
Outlook, Hotmail, and MSN email accounts may move messages into Junk or Clutter folders.
To Check Junk:
Open Outlook, Hotmail, or MSN email.
Click Junk Email.
Search for:
msonlineservicesteam@microsoftonline.com
To Add to Safe Senders:
Click the Settings gear icon.
Click View all Outlook settings.
Click Mail, then Junk Email.
Under Safe senders, click Add.
Click Save.
Adding this sender to your Safe Senders list helps ensure future verification emails arrive properly.
Apple iCloud Mail (icloud.com)
iCloud Mail may place verification emails into the Junk folder.
To Check Junk:
Open iCloud Mail.
Click Junk.
Search for:
msonlineservicesteam@microsoftonline.com
To Mark as Safe:
Open the message if found in Junk.
Click Move to Inbox.
This helps future messages arrive properly.
Work, School, or Custom Email Addresses
If you use an email address provided by:
A workplace
A school
A church
A custom domain
Your email system may block Microsoft verification emails automatically.
In this case, contact your email administrator and ask them to allow emails from:
