How to Allow Camera and Microphone Access for Testimonial Videos
The DAB app requires access to your device’s camera and microphone in order to record testimonial videos. If camera or microphone access is not allowed, you will not be able to record or submit a testimonial video.
How to Allow Camera and Microphone Access for Testimonial Videos
Follow the steps below based on your device type.
iPhone or iPad (iOS)
Open Settings
On your device, open the Settings app.Scroll to the DAB app
Scroll down and locate DAB in your list of apps.Tap Camera
Tap Camera within the DAB settings and toggle it ON.Tap Microphone
Tap Microphone and toggle it ON.
Camera and microphone access are now enabled, and you will be able to record testimonial videos.
Android Devices
Open Settings
On your device, open the Settings app.Tap Apps
Tap Apps or Applications.Select the DAB app
Locate and tap DAB from the list of installed apps.Tap Permissions
Tap Permissions.Enable Camera and Microphone
Tap Camera, then select Allow.
Tap Microphone, then select Allow.
Camera and microphone access are now enabled, and you will be able to record testimonial videos.

Camera and microphone access allows you to:
Record testimonial videos
Share your story with the DAB community
Submit video testimonies for review and posting
Participate fully in the testimonial feature
Without camera and microphone access, the record video button will not function, and you will not be able to submit a testimonial.
