How to Stop a Recurring Donation

If you would like to completely end an active recurring donation, you can stop the gift directly from your Giving History.

Stopping a recurring donation will end that recurring gift, and no additional donations will be made through it.

Follow these steps to stop your recurring gift:

1. Make sure you are logged into your DAB account
   Make sure you are signed in using the account associated with your recurring donation.

2. Open Settings
   From the Home page, tap the Settings (gear) icon in the upper right-hand corner.

3. Tap Giving History
   From the Settings menu, select Giving History.

4. Locate your active donation
   Find the recurring donation you would like to stop. Active recurring gifts will be labeled Active.

5. Open the donation details
   Tap the arrow on the right-hand side of the donation.

6. Tap Stop
   From the donation details screen, select Stop.

7. Confirm that you want to stop your gift
   Follow the prompts to confirm your selection.

Once completed, your recurring donation will be stopped and no additional gifts will be made through that recurring donation.

Your recurring donation has now been stopped.
