This FAQ provides answers to common questions about donations to Daily Audio Bible, including Giving History, recurring gifts, payment methods, mailed checks, PayPal, and donation records.

Currently, donations made through PayPal do not appear in Giving History within your DAB account.

Giving History currently displays donations made directly with a debit or credit card through the DAB website or app.

Your PayPal donation is still tracked by Daily Audio Bible and will be included in your year-end giving statement.

Not seeing a PayPal donation in Giving History does not mean the donation was lost or was not received.

Donations made by mailed check do not currently appear in Giving History.

Checks received by Daily Audio Bible are still recorded as donations and included in your year-end giving statement.

If you need help confirming that a mailed check was received or need information about a specific check donation, please contact Support.

If you added a donation while placing an order through the DAB Store, that donation may not appear in the Giving History section of your DAB account.

Store donations are still tracked and included in your year-end giving statement.

Your online Giving History does not represent every way you may have given to Daily Audio Bible.

For example, donations made through PayPal, mailed checks, the DAB Store, stock donations, and other giving methods may not appear there.

These donations are still tracked separately and included in your year-end giving records.

Donations received and properly associated with your donor records are included in your year-end giving statement, even when the individual donation does not appear in Giving History.

This can include gifts made through methods such as:

• Debit or credit card

• PayPal

• Mailed check

• DAB Store donations

• Stock donations

• Other giving channels

If you believe a donation is missing from your year-end giving statement, please contact Support so the donation can be reviewed.

When contacting Support, providing information such as the approximate donation date, amount, and method used can help our team locate the gift.
