Why Was I Charged Twice?

Edited

Seeing more than one charge can be concerning, but there are several common reasons why this may happen.

Common Reasons You May See Multiple Charges

You may see more than one charge for one of the following reasons:

  • Order placed more than once — The checkout button may have been clicked multiple times.

  • Authorization hold — Your bank may place a temporary hold before the final charge.

  • Multiple orders placed — More than one order may have been submitted.

  • Pending and completed charges — Some banks show temporary charges before final processing.

  • Split shipments or orders — Some purchases may process separately.

How to Fix This Issue

Follow these steps to review the charges:

  1. Check your order confirmation emails
Look for more than one order confirmation.

  2. Review your order history
Log in to your account and check recent orders.

  3. Check with your bank
Ask whether one of the charges is a temporary authorization hold.

  4. Contact support if needed
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact our support team with your order details.
