Why Can't I See My Past Orders from 1.0?
If you are not seeing some of your past orders, it may be because those orders were placed in the previous version of the website or app.
Why Some Orders May Not Be Visible
Orders placed in the old website or app will no longer appear in your account.
Only orders placed on or after April 27th will appear in your Order History.
This means:
Orders placed before April 27th will not appear in your account.
Orders placed on or after April 27th will appear normally in your Order History.
Going forward, all new orders will automatically be saved and displayed in your account.
How to Get a Record of an Older Order
