Why Am I Being Redirected to the Login Page?

Edited

Sometimes when visiting the website, you may unexpectedly be redirected to a login page, even if you were only trying to browse the site as a guest.

In most cases, this is caused by old browser session data or saved login cookies from a previous sign-in attempt.

Why This Happens

Our website uses a secure sign-in system to connect your website account with your app account.

Occasionally, your browser may save an older login session or redirect that can cause the website to mistakenly think you are trying to sign in again.

This is most commonly related to:

  • Saved browser cookies

  • Old login session data

  • Cached authentication redirects

  • Previously interrupted sign-in attempts

The good news is that this is usually very easy to fix.
